"The Bench" Walking along the single-track footpath between the villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter, we happened upon this idyllic scene. At an earlier time, the bench had been placed carefully alongside a slow moving stream as an inviting resting spot for dayhikers and then promptly forgotten, as the surrounding greenery reclaimed its rightful ground.

"Privilege" Hiking along the miles of lush country walking paths throughout the Cotswolds region of England we came across this stately manor, the staff busily setting up afternoon tea for their guests.
